First, Bubba comes with a 10 HP, air cooled, heavy duty diesel engine, designed and certified by one of America's leading testing labs to be one of the most durable ever tested. Second, the company wanted to make Bubba a "Quiet Giant" and so they added a special layer of sound absorbing insulation to reduce engine noise and cabin resonance to the point that, at 70 dB, the APG-3202 is one of, if not the quietest portable 6500 watt diesel generators on the market today. Next, the company understood that Bubba would be spending a lot of time outdoors and so they used stainless steel nuts, bolts, washers and even cotter pins, along with double coating the galvanized steel, to reduce the chance of rust ruining its wonderful finish.
